The Turtle Dove

The Turtle Dove makes a lazy purr like a cat, but with a double note: Purr-purr ! " It is similar to a pigeon, as you can see from the picture, and likes company, so there are usually several Turtle Dove' nest together.
Turtle Doves eat grain, seeds and berries, but not insects.
Just for you, enjoy.

What a nice picture.I just came in from a walk in our woods. I found a Cardinal feather, a nice yellow stick and saw beautiful leaves.Three owls were hooting one near where I was. I got to see him fly. I heard a Pileated Woodpecker. It was a lovely walk.
