A Space Of Stillness

Within yourself

We are immersed in a continuous stream of mental noise. It seems we can't stop thinking. We have forgotten how to be still.

I find it so relaxing to create Zentangle art. I added the word stillness below her eyes for a reason. What does she speak to you ?

Happy Creating.

This quietness issue is coming at me from every direction.....you are absolutely right about all the noise in our heads and yes I am definitely working on it......

She says to me that she is serious and determined; obviously about being "quiet"......

Not such a stillness but a moment. A moment for myself. My real self. I am ok with being myself. I am finally just me.
That is what I think she says.

Your zentangles are so cool. We all need to spend some time alone each day. Alone...what a wonderful word.
