Crimson And Clover

Ah, now I don't hardly know her
But I think I could
crimson and clover,
over and over.
I trip down memory lane... The colors in these two art doll tags remind me of this fabulous song.
Creating art paper dolls is so magical, it is always a mystery the direction of your imagination.
I truly enjoy adding butterflies and snowflakes are winter's butterflies.
Using the Character Constructions new die cut crinoline skirt, is perfect for adding a piece of vintage lace. The lace piece inserts great, after adding your glue between the two layers of paper.
Crimson and Clover, over and over. I will be humming this song for days. LOL
Happy Creating

I love the bright of the blog. Your dolls were all shining.
Now as for the dolls-THe skirt on the first one is so great. THe paper makes it look like circles. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! The details on her. She is great. I love that swan and like adding it. The hangers are great. THe dress is so nice on the second tag. Your work always inspires. See you added the pantaloons. LOL

I love this one!!! The skirt is dynamite with the little cut-outs and love the lace. The addition of the hanger is quite nice too. You've made some changes to your blog that I like very much as well. Shine on!

These are amazing, and that is one great song to take inspiration from! In the first doll, I really like all the touches of steampunk and those mini paper dolls are a GREAT touch! As for the second one, I love the woman's head you placed towards the bottom- just that one extra touch of color, and she's complete!
